For things like gadgets, home appliances, electrical devices and other systems out there for sale, the makers and producers of these tools find it important to release them to the market with a user’s guide or commonly known as a manual. These manuals are written by experts who know exactly how these tools are made and for which purpose. Therefore, the manual that come in every box of a newly purchased item contains instructions on how to use say for instance a device, how to handle it with care, and what to do when it’s broken; the manual also gives us detailed information of the different parts and functions of such device as well as warns us of things we should avoid doing. A manual basically gives us everything we need to know to maintain a product’s high quality and not to destroy it. In a similar manner, God is the all-knowing expert, who has created the heavens and the earth, including you and I. Our Heavenly Father has released us into the world with a manual to live by. That manual is called the Holy Scripture or otherwise known today as the Bible.
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” ~ 2 Timothy 3: 16-17
